News & Announcements

Kick Off NaNoWriMo at Hugo House on Nov. 1, 1-5 p.m.

At midnight on Nov. 1, 150,000 writers from over 90 countries–poised over laptops and pads of paper, fingers itching and minds racing with plots and characters–will begin a furious adventure in fiction. By 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 30, tens of thousands of them will be novelists.

Start your writing adventure with other Wrimos at Richard Hugo House on November 1, 1-5 p.m. Coffee and tea will be provided. Bring cookies, notebooks, pens, laptops and get going. In 2008, Seattle won first place for most words written. We have a title to defend!
